Betfair Pirate users will definately effect the market on some selections. It all depends on how many betfair users (not pirate) want to lay the selections as well, unfortunately that is not something we can control. You understand that although we are all effectively using the same software because of the volatility of the Betfair markets at the time we are placing our bet we cannot guarantee all users will get matched or guarantee they will be matched on the same selection. This will however even out over time and the method will follow its trend.

Every single bot works exactly the same, there is no way one will work one way and another differently but they all rely on the users connection to betfair, their clock setting and Betfair API and how it handles the influx of bets at the same time.
 
Betfair operates on a first come first serve basis (our test show this) so how it handles the large requests at once no one can be sure.

Terms For Betfair Pirate and For Sporting Bots Ltd Software

This document forms part of our Terms of Service and by joining Betfair Pirate you are automatically accepting our terms.

1. Betfair Pirate does not accept any liability for losses incurred in bets recommended by our service. Betting by its very nature carries a risk, and hence, it is the responsibility of each client to make their own independent decisions when it comes to betting. We have provided the information based on our own assessment and to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee any financial gains to any individuals. Hence individuals cannot hold Betfair Pirate or its partners responsible for any financial losses with our product.
2. Past results do not predict future results. Whilst we have had regular winning returns there is no guarantee we will find winning selections in the future. Similarly, if we have a minimum of 5 wins per day that does not mean we will hit at least 5 wins per day in the future. We recommend certain bets, but we do not accept any liability if results are not as predicted. When you bet, you are taking sole responsibility of your actions.
3. Betfair Pirate will only provide the service to those who are over the legal age for gambling and in countries where gambling is permitted.  If you are or suspect you may be foul of these legal requirements then you are not permitted to use our service.
4. Betfair Pirate does not accept any liability related to any advertising on this site, or other sites that you may feel are misleading. We try to provide reliable information at all times, and will not be held responsible for false advertising.
5. All payments made are final. Although we don't offer a guarantee on our results we do offer a 7 day refund on the functionility of the software provided by sporting bots Ltd. If inside the 7 days after purchase your software is still not functioning and sporting bots support have been unable to rectify the situation we will grant you a full refund. Please note refunds won't be given if you simply have a change of heart or if it is because you feel results have been bad
6. There are no guarantees or warranties to say that our website or software bets will operate fully functional or in a correct manner at all times. From time to time, we may incur some problems, and we will try and fix them at our own discretion. Betfair Pirate will not be liable for any loss caused by errors or failures.
7. When you enroll in any of our membership program(s) (“Program(s)”), you will be charged in accordance with that products relevant offer. Then, after the agreed time period, the same card you provided at enrollment will be charged in accordance with that websites particular offer ("Membership Fee”). You will continue to be charged at intervals of 3 months or 6 months until you cancel the subscription via Paypal or ask us via email to do so on your behalf.
8. Because of the nature of betfair software and the liquidity of the market and how fast the API moves not all customers will recieve the exact same bets/results. This is impossible to fix because many factors are involved, including users pc time and computer speed among others that are Betfair Market related this is detaild above in the disclaimer.
9. At the end of your 3 month and 6 month subscriptions, Paypal will rebill you for a further 3 or 6 month term. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription payment If you no longer wish to remain as a betfair pirate member. All repeat subscription payments once made are non refundable. Betfair Pirate does not take any resposibility for your personal accounts. All refund requests made for repeat subscriptions will be ignored.

Software Terms and Agreement.

All Sporting Bots Limited bots use Betfairs.com API which, from time to time, is changed or updated by Betfair.com. On some occasions these changes affect the individual bots and mean that core changes to the coding may be required. We will make every effort to get a tested and working copy of any bot affected by the changes back to all subscribers within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) but this may be earlier or sometimes take longer in extreme cases.

Sporting Bots Limited software is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for a purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Sporting Bots Limited makes no warranty that:

1. the software will meet your requirements
2. the software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
3. the results that may be obtained from the use of the software will be effective, accurate or reliable
4. the quality of the software will meet your expectations
5. any errors in the software will be corrected.

7. may be out of date, Sporting Bots Limited makes no commitment to update such materials.

The use of the software downloaded through this web site is done at your own discretion and risk and with the agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by You, Sporting Bots Limited or from this web site shall create any warranty for the software.
